Very nicely worded Darkie: I got to tick all four boxes. Now make sense of it. JamesR: stupidity, basically Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Oh, PS "a lot" is two separate words.
James R - It gives you some connection to the past, makes me feel more connected to my ancestors... you know they smoked too in those days. Oli - Hum, you ticked them all Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! I knew ppl would but come on man.. I know about alot, for some reason I always spell it alot :| it's not a compound word then?
No, I smoke - too much (and I'm trying to cut down) so I ticked a lot. I drink - but I can't afford to go out much these days so I ticked occasionally. All four, and factually. Just not useful! a lot = a large number/ amount and allot = to allocate or distribute. I don't know if "alot" came about (a lot of Americans do seem to use it a single word) due to some confusion between the two or what, but it is fairly common these days, especially on the net. Maybe a question for Fraggle.
im 6 feet tall, weight 180-185 pounds... and I have no tolerance for alcohol whatsoever... its weird because when I was 16-17 it took me longer to get drunk than it does now.
a period of time where i feel incredibly happy and love everyone around me, followed by 2 hours of puking and a 2 day hangover.
Oh dear, two day hangover? Would you like the good news? I've never had a hangover in my life. Does that make you feel better? Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
YES. Spliffs with tobacco in them got me hooked on cigarettes by themselves... Damn European smoking methods! :m:
i drink a fair bit, but i never get hangover, and for some reason i only smoke when i have had a drink, people who get hangovers make a mistake they mix they're drinks, and dont have a drink of water when they get home
