-Revelation in general means, The act of revealing or disclosing Something revealed, especially a dramatic disclosure of something not previously known or realized. I will put it this way; -Jesus was born as a new man and he already revealed the truth about who we are, but nobody believes him.
Rev. 21: 5-7 speaks of God as well as in Ch. 4 Rev. 19:12 speaks of Jesus as well as in ch. 5 ----It refers to him in rev. 19:12 as the "Word of God" In John 1:1 it talks about the "Word" as well in reference to Jesus. Jesus, prior to coming to earth was God's "Word". The word was made flesh as a man who we know as Jesus.
