he died, on my oldest childs birthday, my son was born two minutes after freddy died! how could i forget?

so here i am now, saying,

I didn't know Freddy died today. Hearing him sing is like the only male voice that can bring a tear to my eye.

He is noted for his vocal abilities and for his live performances. As a songwriter, he composed many international hits, including "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Killer Queen", "Somebody to Love", "We Are the Champions" and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love". In addition to his work with Queen, he also produced several hits as a solo artist. Mercury, who was of Indian Parsi descent and who grew up in India, has been referred to as "Britain's first Asian pop star."[1] He died of bronchopneumonia induced by AIDS in November 1991, a little more than a day after announcing he had the disease

 

I always wondered why he never got his teeth fixed. My husband said it was because he was afraid it would affect his voice.

 

I dont think that is big in Britain. Just what i heard.

Na, I had an overbite too(before braces) and it made me feel better to watch him sing.

 

I can't never sit through 'These are the day of our lives', he looks like a former shadow of himself in that video and it always upsets me.

I think he died not long after that video. It was his last.

 

As poignant as Bob Marley, weak and emaciated singing Redemption Song on the Old Grey Whistle test just a few weeks before he died.

 

Freddie Mercury (aka Farrokh Balsara) was of Iranian origin and of Indian birth.

edit: sorry his parents were of Indian birth.
