A poll with around 1.5 million counts as of May 03, 2009 shows in the statistics section a breakdown of the poll vs. country. http://www.israel-vs-palestine.com/US/EN/statistics US: 144k to 41k IL: 143k to 6k Egypt: 481 (Total) to 62k Saudi: 281 to 44k In every country there's a large discrepancy...the entire country believes one way or the other. One great exception seems to be Kuwait which 11k PL and 10k IL. The nation of Kuwait is 85% Muslim. What is it about Kuwait that has caused more prevalence towards Israeli support as compared to their neighbors. How can it be that their neighbors to every direction have spreads as gaping as 61 thousand people...and Kuwait seems dead even? Does anyone know Kuwaiti culture well enough to explain this?
not to be a dick but I wouldn't hold this poll up to much. as an internet poll it has major self selection bias.
If it's an internet poll then the results are meaningless. It has to be scientifically done to have any credible results.
As unprofessional as Internet polls are; statistics for other countries seem on par with their respective perceived attitudes. Spidergoat Is the population of military in kuwait significant enough...10k seems like a high number? I think there's something to this poll that's not obvious. Or there's something to the attitude of Kuwait that's not present. Could wealth be a factor?
