didn't post to a document as well the opening shares what is being observed it is kind of self explanitory to read and since i have read about 6 of Beck's othe papers i suggest any note the phase transistions (math) behind the energy and the affect on the vacuum fluctuations this is from another one of his papers and i suggested casimir (and that is also noted in his paper, but in one he shares a disagreement with that)
