We all know that works of art such as liturture, music, or other forms are brutatly censored in America. Doesnt anyone else see this as being one of the most gorss acts ever condoned in the United States? Being a musican myself (though not currently populer :b) sees everyday the gross amount of censorship, not just of 'obsence' words, but also of what cenors see as unpleasent.

Why not ask this question to Iran, Iraq or other countries? They do not allow ANY type of "art" that depicts anything bad at all. Those who do so are subjected to DEATH! That's a really advanced state of mind isn't it? So then let's see you post that question instead of asking about the USA alone or are you that biased that you cannot realize there are many other countries with far worse censorship laws than America has.

There is censorship in all countries. They just use different justifications.

I was very surprised to find that the English version of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn's Two Hundred Years Together was banned in the US for instance. But them Salman Rushdies Satanic Verses was banned in India, so it depends on which sensibilities are being protected where.

I don't want to see a crucifix in urine. I don't want to hear about cop killas. That is not art. It's sh*t.

Can you cite examples whereby someones "free speech" or "freedom of expression" has been impeded?

Art is a personal expression. So when any artist is censored, their freedom of expression is restricted. Such as when many inner city rap artist were censored for saying anything about racist or abusing police, they were censored for 'influnceing people to hate/kill cops.' When that was not the lyrics intention at all.
Just the same as many punkers were censored, not just by bleeping out taboo words or phrases, but by not playing their music because it spoke up against the government or they played 'angry music.'

Is he, or is he not, singing about killing cops?

He is not. The lyrics may appear that he is, but in reality he is talking about the cops that set him up because he was black. Thats like saying, "I tare my heart open just to feel" (Papa Roach) he isnt ripping his heart out literaly, its a way of repersting the strong emotions

You might be taken more seriously if you made just a little effort to spell correctly. It's not really a requirement here at all, but you're coming across like some uneducated little kid.
