This reminds me of the story how a guy met this women at a diner, he took her home a few hours later and screwed her, then later as their relationship progressed she brought her sister in and drugged her, they raped her together. It's basically a pointless question with no answer.

No...he is not...because he made up bunch of stories and watch non-psychopaths and psychopaths see what they think of the stories...and that is how he isolated the difference between reactions of psychopaths.
