This is the exact attitude I am talking about. "Stop whining!" "Stop bitching!"

There is nothing worse than people who complain about people who complain. There is nothing worse than people who use loaded terms such as "you're spineless" or "you're a wussy" or "grow some balls".

Where does this disdain for others comes from? It comes from assholes.
