Used as shorthand by the media to refer to advisors, the appointment of which is a bi-partisan practice. Also, czars aren't socialist, they were royalty in pre-revolutionary Russia.

The answer is No; this is all a stunt by Stein to get attention, nothing more nothing less, nothing will come of this... if by some extremely unlikely chance something does come of this and it turns out the Russian's did hack the election, I will be delightfully surprised, but I have zero hope in that happening, none, zip, and now for acceptance: all hail trump, hail victory, sieg heil, heil mein Führer trump.

That's what I have read, but ultimately it is irrelevant. A cursory view of the right wing and conspiracy world indicates right wingers and conspiracy theorists, who are most often the same thing, are floating the notion that the Green Party is using this opportunity to raise funds for their causes or for their personal use in order to evade the point. The election results are being challenged. If our democracy is sound, that shouldn't be a threat to anyone including the American right. But the American right wing perceives it as a threat. I wonder why?
I doubt the recount will result in anything which would change the election results, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't do the recount and examine our election processes. And it doesn't mean we should demean our fellow Americans for exercising their legal rights to challenge the election results. Trump could walk out of this looking even stronger if the recounts validate his wins.
We shouldn't without evidence impugn the moral character of others simply because of ideological disagreements, and that's what the right wingers and conspiracy theorists are doing here as is their custom.
