Why do women make so much less money than men?

Because when a man gets a divorce especially if he has a kid. He gets raped with charges $$$. The man has to make more money or else the man wont be able to exist with the current laws.

yeah basically with current law, a woman can marry a man, fake that she loves him, make a child from his dna, than file divorce, get his money and run away from him. And THERE IS NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING he can do.

which brings me to question why I still like women and I realize the answer to this question. I am sexually attracted to them from inside me, it is like a program in me, but I HATE them as creatures that are evil.

its not that I can get laid. I met this girl online...and she turned out to be fat and with erosions on her face...and I told my self...why! do I have to put up with this? I mean I am an average looking guy, I am not fat and I am not muscular either...not as ideal as women would want me. And....I just don't have confidence in me to go out with a pretty hot girl.

And than there is this feeling that I must wait for that one girl...and only have sex with her because she will be my wife, but I must wait for her and find her and practice abstinence until than.

And all this tears me apart.

I think sexism is responsible for none of the difference.

Women are constantly taking time off. They take time off for childbirth. Time off to take the kids to school. Time off to take the kids to the doctor. Time off to take themselves to the doctor. Time off for their sick mom. On and on.

The point is, work is not the top priority for women. For many women, the most important thing in a job is flexibility in scheduling.

The result is they don't reach their full potential at work. That's OK, because it's not what's important to them.

Men, on the other hand, never take time off. They don't even take themselves to the doctor, let alone their kids. As a doctor, I know. I see way more women than men.

Men have to support their family. If their wife works, most guys feel they have to work that much harder because who wants to make less than their wife?

And if they have no wife, they need money to get a woman. There are plenty of women who absolutely refuse to date a guy who makes less than them. When we go on dates, who pays? The man.

Men make more than women and will always make more than women because men need to show they are a good breadwinner to attract a mate. Work is most men's top priority. So they do better at it.

Good summary, madan. But you forgot one thing. Men tend to be more assertive, and hence are more likely to push for promotions and raises.
 
Many jobs today are male oriented as that they tend to want males to take most of the positions. Plumbers, electricians, welders auto mechanics as well as many other jobs require that a great deal of power and muscle be used in getting the jobs done. That being said many jobs are equal in their ways and can be easily done by women. It is just that men have played the dominant role in working and they feel threatened in their jobs by now another competitor that could use their femininity as well as their knowledge to get better positions. Competition between men was already bad enough but add in the women and now the men are really in a rut. To have equal jobs but not allow the best person take that job no matter who they may be only takes away the best person from doing the work that is needed to be done.

That might well be the answer. To make that extra 20%, men work much longer hours than women and are much more likely to die because of their jobs than women. How smart is that?

The person who has the greatest choice in a company is the owner. Male entrepeneurs often work 80-100 hour weeks. Females entrepeneurs are much less likely to do so. Women who own their own companies make a whopping 49% less than their male counterparts. Talk about a pay gap! Should we demand that female business owners double their own salaries?

The pay gap is largely a matter of mens and womens career choices. The gap disappears or even reverses (women make more than men) when comparisons are restricted to the same job, same working hours, same responsibilities, etc.
 
Actually if you're using IQ as a metric of intelligence (the best metric we have), science says that men are modestly smarter.

Men have to make more money. Say what you want about equality, women want men with money.

It's biology.
A man is what he does. A woman is how she looks.​

Put another way, guys just want hot chicks, women want rich guys. Anna Nicole and that really old billionaire were a perfect match.
The hot chick and the rich dude.​
The physical attributes of the male are irrelevent (even if he's 99 years old), and the mental/financial/whatever aspects of the female are irrelevent (so long as she's hot).

We have free will, so there are exceptions, but these are our natural drives.

For me, I don't care how rich the guy is. Its not something
I go out looking for. I definately would not date some old man just
because he was rich. (women who do are no better then prostitutes)

OK. So if you meet a guy and then find out he's a doctor or a lawyer or some venture captalist, it doesn't increase your interest?

A fat paycheck is for a female what a nice set of tits is to a man. Well, that may be overstating it. Tits can hypnotize us males. Perhaps a pretty face.

Do you watch The Office? I just saw an episode last night and Michael's ex-girlfriend wanted to get back together. He was dead set against it until she took off her jacket and revealed her gigantic new breasts. She was in the middle of talking about why they should get back together as she took her jacket off. Michael had been completely uninterested in what she was saying until her new breasts were revealed. As soon as he saw them he blurted out, "I WANT TO GET BACK TOGETHER!!!!!"
