who do girls into homo fantasy?

so being in a particular type of relationship is dictated by fashion and trends and has zippo to do with natural tendencies then?

Jeezeeeeeeee. what is the age range of sciforums these days, ohh for some adult conversation............

I don't know whether you noticed, but there was a sentence around that phrase you picked out. I'm sorry if that sounded rude to you, but I found your comment on "adult conversation" and "age ranges" rather insulting.

But moving on, if you noticed the context of that phrase, I was saying that it happens to be that in the "emo" scene, gay relatioships, instead of being frowned upon, are thought to be cool. I was in no way implying that people were gay because it's cool. Of course culture can influence people, key word being influence .

I know I kind of just said what Roman said, but I had to say it myself. While I appreciate Roman explaining for me (thank you Roman), I just felt I had to say it myself, so I wouldn't further you feelings of disaproval for the younger users of sciforums.

Tor, I don't think crazyfreespirit was insinuating that all homosexual relationships are cultural and not biological. She was simply commenting on social trends and their influence on sexual behavior.

Surely you wouldn't deny that social norms alter biological behavior, would you?

I was commenting on this selection of words

'gay relationships are cool'

meaning : men fucking men is cool, women fucking women is cool, when did it become a MATTER of COOL? It either is someones way or not or both, what has COOL got to do with it, you gonna fuck a guy roman because it's cool?

That was a MUCH improved explanation of your view, than the apparant opinion expressed that 'gay relationships are cool' reminded me of something Bart Simpson may say hence my snotty retort ;)

Of course, my apologies, I guess it did sound immature.

Ah well you screw up, people tell you you screwed up, you learn from it, so it was a learning experience for me. :)

Indeed, I was put in my place BIG style when I got here, I do all my googling now before I state anything as remotely resembling a 'fact' and then I am aware I may need peer reviewed paper from respected journal (although I NEVER do!) and the rest. tough bunch.. :)
