It's a half-goat-half-fish thingy. At least that's what I've seen pictures of when they picture the sign.
 
Capricorn here as well.

The two first lines are actually accurate.

As cato said the third is not true.

And the fourth should not really apply, i cannot commit suicide if i am afraid of taking risks, now can i ? :)
