hey, it is also possible that you could shoot the molotov so that his arm catches fire! However, your own car might also be in trouble then. But, you will waste one bullet and he will have wasted a molotov, plus that he hopefully dies.

If I don't kill this kid, this kid will end killing me and hurt or kill many other innocent people.

Kill the kid, its a kill or be killed situation and he makes the agressive move.
 
I would disarm him/her and take them to the (local terrorist jail) so she/he can be ganged
raped by other comrades!!. :)..

if children are used as weapon...then they should be treated as a weapon. It isnt a girl, it is a weapon. Meanwhile if something can be done to prevent death of this used-to-be-girl weapon, then this should be done first.
