Should the state surgically seal a woman's vagina closed after removing her ovaries and uterus when she commits a sex crime?

we do not answer hate with hate. We do not look for evil with evil.
The purpose of castration is not punishment, but to reduce recidivism. The theory is that by removing a man's testes, which eliminates the production of testosterone, he will lose the motivation to commit sex crimes.Should the state surgically seal a woman's vagina closed after removing her ovaries and uterus when she commits a sex crime?
well yes they do and so what if they are risking more when they break the law?
havent you herd of all the female teaches who have been seducing there students recently?
or that girl from australia who went to america to bring home a under age boy
plus there ARE actually female pedifiles, not many but they do exist
angrybellsprout I'm just saying that if they want to cry about hacking off a man's testicles for his crime, then why shouldn't they be calling for similar tactics when dealing with female offenders?
Why the double standard?
Challenger78 im confused? you saying from say 15 there should be no state rape charges at all? there arnt any sexual restrictions from 18 up so im confused
fair enough. I dont paticulary care what a)the age of concent is or b) what the penelty should be for it
My problem is where males and females get different sentaces for the same crime
Well let's just say that "the age of consent" should be lower. I know a guy who can't leave California because he was convicted of statch in another state and he's considered a sex offender there. He was 18 and his girlfriend was about 17.9. Her father got pissed off and had him busted. He couldn't get a job anywhere so he went back to California to live with his mother. He dutifully went down to the police station to register as a sex offender. The lady looked up his case and started laughing. She tore up his form and said, "Welcome to California."Fraggle Rocker so stat rape should be abolised as a crime?
Well if it's really rape then it's really rape, regardless of who's raping whom. But if it's consensual I think the whole concept of statutory rape is ridiculous--at least down to some reasonable age limit which cannot possibly be 18. (And no, I've never had sex when either of us was under 18.) My point is that most men and boys of any age are far more amenable to having sex initiated by a woman--especially somebody they know like a teacher--than women are in the opposite circumstance.Im rather tired of hearing that young boys raped by older women are not effected but that girls of the same age are effected by older men. Thats stupid esspecially when you concider that MOST women date older men and most men date YOUNGER women
Unless the victim is into B&D I'd have to call that rape.(oh and i rember a case where a husband and wife grabbed a guy off the street at knife point and forced him to have sex with the woman)
If a woman comes on to a woman, even gets a little pushy and hands-on, she is far less likely to press charges than if it's a man. If a man does that to a man most of us will be screaming for the cops before he gets close enough to be hands-on.
....No way, I'd feel worse if it was a woman than a man. I'd rather not be raped by anyone, but I'd rather it was a man than a woman, that would make me feel somehow less than female.
