What made you choose your avatar/username/user title?

Dywyydyr is a name I came up with for a novel I started writing many years ago - it's been applied (in the novel and a game) to a person, a country, a warship and a starship.
User title? You mean [ENC]snotwuh[/ENC]. That gets changed on a semi-regular basis, as and when something amusing (or, as in this case, fabulously witty
) occurs to me.
Avatar? I'm a comics geek. It was either going to be Grifter (the current one) from the WildC.A.T.s (because I like his attitude) or Midnighter (from The Authority) because he was altered by aliens to have a computer brain specialised for combat and his catchphrase was "I've seen every move you're going to make and I already know how this is going to end" - which is the way I feel reading some threads.

My avatar is a German Panzer IV. Circa WWII. I have it because I am of German descent. Also because I love history especially the World Wars.

Mine represents that I travel through the cosmos seeking new places and ideas while enjoying the cultures of species of each new world I encounter as I journey through time and space.
When I was trying to come up with a username, I had been working to contain a spill from in a settling-pond (it's a long story). Having worn myself out slogging around through deep stinking mud in hip waders, and coming home to ponder participating in political discussions here, that's what came to mind: A description of my amazing imperviousness to any intellectual insult, when I don my stupendous self-defining username.

By the way, I'm sure there's a previous thread like this one. I'll try to find it and link it, just for reference.
Edit: There have been several threads on avatars, threads on usernames, but going back a bit I don't see any about all 3: Those, and our titles. (never mind)

Som guy posted the pitcher i use for my avitar an said it was me... i thout it was funy an kep usin it... my fictional hore "x" wife an her boyfrind called me "clueluss husbund"... so i made it my username to remind me that hores cant be trusted... an the name complete dullard was givin to me by a groop administrater... i thout it was funy so i kep usin it.!!!
