It doesn't explain anything of course. No one is arguing for no government so you are distorting the argument which is a strawman argument.

It does, because you often use strawman arguments. If you don't understand what they are, it would be hard for you to avoid them.
Here's an exercise. In the two exchanges below, which one is using a strawman argument?
