Trump defines a new gender!

Per Trump's executive order, people are now classified as to gender in the following way:

(d) “Female” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the large reproductive cell.

(e) “Male” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the small reproductive cell.

So if someone, due to a congenital issue, can produce neither reproductive cell, they are now officially "none" when it comes to gender.

Will there be a "none" option on new government forms? Or will non-gendered people just leave that blank?

Holy crap. Right. Our great leader knows biology now? Clueless on the Bible but decided he knows about science?
 
So does this mean transgendered people in federal prisons will have to be assigned to prisons of their sex at conception? Or does the PREA law/act still apply, given that it was an act passed by Congress?

It means that, per Trump law, this guy will be forced to follow your young, defenseless, pure daughter into the bathroom. O the horror.trans_guy.JPG
 
I think we need a prison for non-binary fluid gender people, one for those whose sex is male but whose gender is non-binary and fluid, one for those whose sex is female but whose gender is non-binary and fluid, one for transgender, one whose personal pronoun is "they", one for those formerly known by various names but currently referenced by a symbol and of course those who have matching sex and gender labels. There should always be excess prisons on standby for any as yet determined sex and/or gender determinations.

It's quite simple actually.

What's a young, defenceless, pure daughter doing in a federal prison? Did she protest for climate change mitigation or women's rights?

Great question. But every conservative he-man seems to get excited over his fantasies of what he would do to a trans woman who follows his innocent young daughter into the bathroom. They don't give too much in the way of details tho.

I'm wondering if they commit crime at sufficient rates to justify the extra prisons you said you think are needed.

I thought you might know what you were talking about, but apparently you don't.

As ridiculous and idiotic as Seattle's "suggestion" was, this does seem to be a particularly serious problem no matter how small the actual numbers. I think for a lot of transgender people in federal prisons, being forced to relocate to a prison that accords with their sex at birth will pretty much amount to a death sentence. For all the manufactured outrage over transgender women raping kids in women's restrooms, what do these people think is gonna happen to transgender women forced into men's prisons? It's depraved and unbelievably cruel.
