I'm not an expert on politics, but doesn't taking health care away from people tend to make them not vote for your party?
It won't matter to the GOP, though, as they either have already, or will, disenfranchise those voters, being the poorer people who won't be able to afford the proper voter ID etc.

Illegal aliens aren't supposed to be voting anyway. Nor having their healthcare charged to the rest of us in addition to our own. Democrats celebrate them as a special interest class above all others but the power elites of the Party . . . and give the rest of us the shaft in the doing.

Somewhere around 60% of Jews in the US also support ending the Gaza war and recognizing a Palestinian state - does that make them anti-Semitic?
