This thread makes me miss gendanken, Wanderer and Roman. And hathor/spookz who isn't who he was anymore and has resorted to yapping at shadows. And Invert_Nexus where ever he ran off to, and Cottontop3000... And the Marquis...
And Avatar, who I really miss a lot and always had an interesting way of looking at things. Oli, and Communist Hampster... Carcano who doesn't seem to post much anymore...

Back when this forum wasn't filled with talk-show bullshit and politics wasn't the only subject that anyone cared about.
