Thought Experiments In Order To Prove The Paranormal

.... people are hard at work constructing thought experiments in order to prove the hidden realms of the paranormal.
How could a thought experiment possibly prove anything about the paranormal - or anything else, for that matter?

I'm not expecting an answer, mind you, because this thread reads like the rantings of a drive-thru spammer hoping to attract views to his posts or site or something. Mistake no. 1 was to fail to point your new audience towards where you want them to head. Maybe not so surprising, though, since your posts read as if you're the sort of guy who can't concentrate long enough on one thing to make a coherent plan.

Unexplainable events happen.
Accept that it happened.
Move on.
The opposite of what I think.

The Descendants of Cain:

"Dark triad" personality disorders and malevolence. Dark triads often attain positions of power and control. Look around DC, London, Brussels, Moscow, or Beijing and do an armchair diagnosis for psychopaths, narcissists, and Machiavellianism. You may find these places overrun!

I think mentioning the bible within your thoughts is wrong. You're not in the correct forum to discuss the bible, in my opinion.

I can say Cain did have children(Genesis 4:17) but that happened in the bible, how can you defend the bible in this sub forum?

It'll be interesting to see.

? What is the opposite of Candy's post?

Unexplainable events do not happen?
Don't accept them?
Don't move on?

What do you mean? Serious question.

The whole point I was replying to, the basic point was to ignore anything unexplainable, would you agree?

I don't ignore unexplainable events.

I did not say to ignore the unexplained. When you become over invested in the unexplained you can lose focus on the present experience.
Sometimes you have to let go of what is not explainable and live your life.

Investigating is part of my like, it's interesting... but you shouldn't let it consume you, basically that is your position.

Often, if you do that, an explanation or two or more will appear later on.

The essence of the "paranormal" appears to be sensory as opposed to intellectual. The more you focus the mind on perception the less there is. Hence the advice to be here now. Situational awareness enhances the "paranormal". The answer presenting itself experience.
