Do a job that involved sitting in a room with someone while they yelled abuse and told you that they hated you, kind of a professional receptacle for people's anger?

I have two questions.
1. If I sell my testicles do I have to actually hand them over ?
2. Can I beat the crap out of the yelling person ?
