for me:

1. Software that does not work properly
2. Excessive greed that is fueled by capitalism
3. Failure

Big cities with people packed like lemmings/sheep, driving and walking in organized streams . . . each just *certain* they are unique individuals.

I know...i think it is a conspiracy. The government would rather have that people stay at home and be indoctrinated by television.
