I was so fat that I lost sight of my penis (it was hit or miss at the toilet.) After several months of being homeless, I had lost 100 lbs. I went from 270 lbs to 170 lbs. I was pre-diabetic before, but not anymore. I had to wear suspenders before, but not anymore. I'm not advising that you become homeless, but maybe starve yourself from time to time and walk rather than drive.
 
Smaller meals and regular exercise. Avoid own goals like take aways all the time and too much alcohol.

Регулярно заниматься спортом, и изменить стиль питания. Больше салатов из сырых овощей, и белки. Меньше углеводов. Если вы будете просто голодать, то ваш организм замедлит обмен веществ, и когда вы начнёте питаться как обычно, вы наберёте ещё больше килограммов, чем сбросили.
 
The ability to shed that much weight along with improved health represents a major success. Changing eating habits and walking more could be better options compared to taking radical measures.

Starving oneself tends to result in boomerang weight gain later. But microfasts are good. I do the 18 hour thing frequently, just for overall digestive health.

Leaving the car at home is one of the best options, especially for Americans. Long brisk walks are a good way to keep the penis in sight.
