Anecdotal accounts - from a bunch of one's friends about something that happened that may have happened anyway - is not clinical evidence.

I made this discovery in September 2024, it has been working on me very well including this morning. In January 2025, I told a few friends and my relatives about this discovery, it really worked on 6 of my friends or relatives also very well.
In March 2025, I found out 11 people from Internet who had chronic constipation were willing to try my cure, one was too old to stand, one was paralyzed, the rest nine people tried my cure, my cure also worked on them very well, these nine people I have never met, they are not my friends.
You are not my friend, if you ask somebody around you, who has chronic constipation to try my cure, you’ll be astonished by my discovery, and you will probably become my friend.
