This morning, after breakfast, after walking, I stood only 2 minutes, then I wanted to defecate, and I defected very easily.

Thank you very much for your previous reminding, my eyesight is not very good, if the font is too small I have to put on glasses, So I selected large bold font, I didn't know that was generally considered as shouting and rude.
