Why cant or won't you share your experiences with us? How are we supposed to discuss this if you tell us nothing and provide no evidence.
Then why ask? If you have no interest in convincing us any of it is true, what are we going to discuss?

We cannot say that governments have definitely not developed a technology to get inside someone's head using a secret advanced technology, how would we know? It is secret right?
What we can say is that there are no hints from modern science, not to my knowledge.
For the sake of arguments let's say a country like Russia has a technology, it is secret, the US also developed something.
Let us look at the political world, where could that be used? How about Bin Laden? Putin? Hussein? Zelensky? Russian Dissidents? Would a technology more likely to be used against those sort of targets than regular civilians? Workers? History tells us conventional methods were used to capture, disrupt and kill those targets. Messy approaches too, radiation, highly toxic poisons, guns, imprisonment. Why not just brain zap them to change their mind?
Whoever fully masters this weapon will rule the world without destroying it. And note: you can find many declassified discoveries and experiments of this kind on the internet. All of them are based on the theory of the unified field. Robert Pavlita laid the foundation, and now they have made a big step forward.

The corollary of this would be, if the only anecdotes you have are useless and confusing perhaps there's nothing here to be found and you should move on to more fruitful pastimes.

I don’t know about the media, but they’re doing this using artificial intelligence and calling it a military secret of the Russian Federation. They’ve taken control of the entire city in order to persecute me and push me toward conducting a special military operation. I can’t take it anymore — everything is falling apart, I can’t live normally. And recently, when they angered me with their conversations, I was so shocked by the rage that the car swayed, even though there was no one on the street and there was no wind. They’re testing and training their combat AI on me, destroying my life and leaving behind only pain and hatred. At no point anywhere in here do you mention anything specific about what anyone is actually doing to you.
The problem with this is that there is no way to determine if it is an objective phenomenon (i.e. external to yourself) or subjective phenomenon.
What you really, really need to do is get to a doctor so they can assess your health and ensure you are not suffering from something that may be causing intrusive thoughts and/or hallucinatons.
I am sure you will tell us this is definitely not your imagination - but you need to rule that out - by seeing a doctor who can properly assess you..
