no, i mean, when it's good it's really good, but when it's bad, it's still pretty good.
I dunno about that either. I've had some pretty bad pizza LOL. One example is the frozen cardboard-pizza sold in the deli section of a grocery chain where I live. Those things have absolutely no redeeming qualities whatsoever ...well.....other than the fact that they're cheap.
Come to think of it......we should just start an new thread entirely about pizza

Yes, there are different strains and different types such as sativa, indica or hybrids for example.
I for example favor indica strains and hybrids whose ratio is dominated by the indica strain.

My favorite thing is Green Dragon. That's a tincture with alcohol. You boil your weed in a double boiler with everclear and concentrate it so that a couple dropperfulls will keep you high all day.
Here's how you do it:
Grind up the weed finely. I use about a quarter, but an eighth will do.
Spread it out and bake it on a single sheet of foil for 20 minutes at 250-275 degrees F, this turns the precursor chemicals into THC.
Bring about a cup of everclear "190" (the strongest kind) to a boil using a double boiler setup and a fan to blow away any vapors. I use a pyrex measuring cup sitting in a medium cooking pot with about 2 or 3 inches of water in there. Put something between the cup and the bottom of the pan. Don't do this on a gas stove, just electric.
Add the weed and boil for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. It will turn dark brown. Add more everclear if the level goes down too much (take the whole thing off the stove before you add more).
This is the hard part, strain out the weed from the liquid into another container using some cheese cloth. Squeeze the cheese cloth with the weed in there out with a garlic press, save that liquid too. Clean off the equipment with more everclear, add to container, every little bit counts. Rinse off the cloth too. It evaporates quickly, so do this step with some urgency. I use gloves for this step.
You should now have a brown liquid with no weed in it. Throw the weed away, all the resin is now dissolved in the liquid.
Boil it down again until it's about 20-30ml, or one eyedropper bottle full. I boil it until it's a little less because I use more everclear to rinse the boiler and funnel. It all goes in the bottle.
Then sample it carefully, it's easy to take too much. I find about 3 dropper fulls is a nice buzz, 8 will fuse you to the couch for hours. It's awful to take directly. It doesn't mix well with water, but it does OK in a shot of rum or something.

Do you have a recipe for a non-alcoholic tincture?

If you evaporate the alcohol, you are left with pure resin you can smoke. In this case you can probably leave out the baking step. Or, you can add the tincture to a cooked food item like pancakes so that the alcohol evaporates out.
It's also possible to do a similar thing with oils or butter, but I never tried that.
My favorite strain of cannabis is Romulan. Maybe it's just the name. It isn't as stony as some, but it smells incredible, and it's very strong.
