Okay, I'll give you that one.
Society hasn't QUITE decayed that far here, although it's going that way.
What happens when they want to have sex because they genuinely want to?
Would you want to stop your happy well adjusted daughter having safe sex with her boyfriend who she's been with for a year because of a number?
Ah !! Ever think that they do it cause it feels good ? Your kids do more things than you think . In America anyway and I am sure with the internet the kids every where are learning the tricks of the trade . Rattlesnakes !! You see one and you can count on 5 more being real close by. People .! ?? People have sex cause it feels good . Geeze . God !!
I suppose normal can be defined in terms of temporal herd programming. The herd programming is usually based on maximizing money and/or power. The question is how do you maximize these with respect to children? One way is creating the illusion of adults earlier, since adults spend more money and power has has more adult control.
Another version of normal is called natural, which is not dependent on marketing, money or power. But since natural is free, you will need to find that yourself, since the herd will not be allowed near there, since the shearers would lose wool.
For example, women's make-up is expensive. If you can start peddling this to 10 year old girls, by making it seem "normal", this means big bucks from 10 to 80. If this makes them look older, so boys and men go after them earlier, there are also new markets and additional needs. The extra needs helps power since we will need more beaurocrats to sort out all the violations of law and health codes.
Nobody in government or business or hoping to score, will tell the girls looking like a slut at 10 is all about the money and power. The abortion industry needs new business too. This means jobs for doctors, lawyers, etc. The shepherds need the wool and the sheep belong to them.

Why the rush kids to be adult ? Let the kids mature on their own pace.
I believe is bad to teach kids sex early . Let them find sex in their own time
Parents have a duty of care towards their children. Every parent should be concerned about the kinds of sexual activities that their (underage) children engage in, because some activities can cause the child to be harmed.

As long as my children are under my roof and I feed them I will tel them what to do and what not do. If the fu** ing government takes my money and does not support my children let it go to hell.
As a health care worker parents have no right to that Infomation at all. Infact even if I suspected abuse its still wrong for me to tell the parents (the report would go to DOCS and not the parents). Medical privacy is top priority and the only times you can break it are when the person is an imidiate threat to self or others or in cases of child abuse (and hopefully soon elder abuse).

What parents want or think is irrelevant. The pt is the child, not the parent.
Oh and duty of care refers to specific legal obligation, would you like to show the legislation or case where this is imposed?

Sort of a good side/bad side reaction...it could open children up to some exploitation...but their family members are far more likely to be their abusers anyway.
Except fucking is not medical treatment. There are laws of consent. Please try to stop using spurious medical grounds to justify your perverse viewpoint.
actually concent laws only refer to the age of the sexual partner, not sexual activity itself (here at least). To take victorian law as an example any sexual activity below 8 must be reported, between 8-16 if the partner is within 2 years of the person its not a crime. Between 16 and -18 its only against the law if the person is under the care of there sexual partner (for instance a teacher or a foster parent). The laws in the states are pritty much the same except in NT

The issue arises if a child is engaging in dangerous sexual activity or has been coerced to by peer pressure and the parents are not informed..
And this is particularly the case where some children are being abused or raped by other kids their age and remain in that environment because the parents have no idea.
I don't know about you, but I would want to know if my 10 year old was having sex. It's called parenting.

It just blows me away how human behavior is judged by other human beings as being normal or not. What is truly normal? Who truly knows what normal is? And who decides this? I don't know of any newborn that comes with an instruction manual. Human behavior is such an infinite variable how can you truly label it? I truly think that the more knowledge you provide your children in a very open, honest, loving, accepting and non judgemental way is the best solution. So many parents PROGRAM their children from a very young age with what they believe is normal. I believe children should be allowed to develop their own belief systems, moral standards and personal choices (with as much knowledge and information as possible) in a loving, safe and non critical environment. I believe if more and more children were raised this way, the human race would become more civilized and hate would diminish significantly. This is just my opinion, and who knows if I am normal or not. My kids turned out pretty good. LOL.
