Space Distance Dynamics and Dark Matter / Energy

I trying to figure out if space distance dynamics "SDD" can have something to do with dark matter and energy.

for dark matter I'm at, "dark matter" is equivalent to the potential stored in dilated space.

for dark energy, "dark energy" is about 2 or more space distance dilated areas interacting.

А вы определение обычным материи и энергии дать сможете?

Dark matter is usually called a "place holder," because Cosmologists, astrophysicists do not know what it is, it was not predicted, there is no known particle associated with it and it does not interact with ordinary matter in the normal way.

DM has a gravitational effect but even that is not fully understood, it was discovered via observation of galaxies.

Some physicists dismiss the concept entirely.

I would Google MOND as this can explain some but not all of the phenomena that DM features.

I know less about Dark Energy, the expansion of the Universe is speeding up and they do not know why.
