Sleep , not enough , too much

O lordy… i remember when workin for sombody else an averagin about 6 hours sleep an the alarm clock goin off was torturous… an i woud grab a 10 minute nap at lunch which helped… but bein retired now no more alarm clock ringin in my ear an i almost always get the 7 to 9 houres i want an wake up an get up.!!!

7 is good if i didnt do a lot of physical activity that day… but 9 is needed if i did a lot.!!!

Then the same brakfast ive eaten for years… yogurt… blueberries/rasberries wit a tablespoon of tart cherry juice… steel cut oats an 3 strips of fake bacon.!!!

Back when i was single an lived alone for a year i woud set 5 alarm clocks to ensure that i woudnt be late for work… an one night wit only a couple houres sleep i slept thru all 5 alarms… but i woke up in time to jump into my clothes an still got to work on time… lol.!!!
