I say, just found out that X pedio guy, Elon Musk is one of them fellows of the Royal Society (RS) chappies.

In the background he’s probably a good bod to have around, if you want some $backing$ for your research sort of thing.
He won’t be getting kicked out of there very soon.
Yet, there are some in the RS who are beginning to question his membership.

Now, if it became possible to be the first person to set foot on Mars, would you think Elon would be a member of the first expedition to land?

Well, Elon Musk is now promoting an e-petition for a re-run of the UK’s last election where a Labour government was voted in with a landslide victory.

It was set up last week and has since been promoted by Reform UK leader Nigel Farage and tech billionaire Elon Musk.

MPs will debate an online petition calling for a re-run of July's general election, after it garnered over 2.8 million signatures.
A debate has been scheduled in Westminster Hall, a secondary debating chamber where such petitions are discussed, on 6 January.
It has become the third most popular e-petition since 2010, easily surpassing the 100,000 signatures required for a debate to take place.
It will not lead to another election - but was used by Tory leader Kemi Badenoch to taunt Sir Keir Starmer during Prime Minister's Questions.

"The government should ask those still choosing to purchase a new polluting vehicle, to pay more," Tesla's European boss, Joe Ward, wrote in a letter addressed to roads minister, Lilian Greenwood, in July.

In fact, I've read that Musk's interest in space stems entirely from his own insecurity over being a pathetic weakling who can't jump. In a more appropriate gravitational context, he might be able to jump to within six foot or so of a basketball hoop.

I am a pragmatist. Haber went from fertilizer to mustard gas, we do not throw out the fertilizer with the mustard gas.

Now, Musk .....a bit of a nut job by all accounts. I think we should think before comparing him to a Nazi.
