Security guard spots ghost

been searching my memory for a matching pattern and i thought of electrical discharge(kind of) like lateral lightning arching along a horizontal path.
pockets of higher conductivity which ignites to the required flash over point requiring some of its own ignition energy.
like a fluid flowing from one hollow puddle to another, the surface tention requires a fraction more energy than the energy to maintain the burn/electrical charge.
you get a single ignition/conductivity and then a dissipating collapsing wave effect which has a reducing cyclic pattern.
im no good with math so some electrical engineer might make a better discription.
getting weird... it also looks the same as video conversion software as i mentioned above where you get false shadows appearing as the software seeks to fill out the gap.
exothermic electro-static discharge via an atmospheric ingition ?

Why do you have so much more believability then MR?

Not saying your explanation is correct but even if not correct its more correctored than a thousand MR ghost

:)

Okay, evidence of ghost is claimed. Repeat that event with qualified observers to test whether it is what is claimed, please.

Well we'll well a much clearer and original video no less

So now I can compellingly report I didn't see anything

And I went to all the effort of putting the video on my hi-tech tablet

And I cleaned my glasses

Guess I'm compelled by the ghost council not to see

:)

some gases ignite at normal room temperature
some medical equipment uses special types of gases(which is why i think they should check the equipment just to be sure)
strange mixes of uncommonly used gases pooling from a discharge self cleaning or regular cleaning or re-filling pattern would fit with the night time cooler temperatures, lack of activity to not disperse the gas lack of activity to not disperse the static electricity...
the heat from the cables under the desk have lots of opportunities to create an ignition point.
the orb travels accross a big RUBBER mat over a COLD concrete(probably sealed and an electrical insulator) floor MOVING AWAY from a point of high electrical shorts and static(the desk and all its plugs and computers)

i dont see the orb changing directions it dissapears to the right of the frame traveling along a diagonal path from the closest corner of the rubber mat from the edge of the desk.

I'll bet the company that owns that area had words with the guards.
though it probly seems harmles had a patient walked out and been on camera... liable suit would be expensive.
maybe he would not have published it in that circumstance ?
showing the back side of the security for an oxycontin target is not wise.

i hope he reported it and they did a proper check of all the gas bottles on site and checked the underground gas pipes(how many houses in the usa have been blown up?)

What are the medical gases?
Types of Gas Used in Medical Gas Systems in Hospitals. Medical gas systems in hospitals are, in a word, lifesaving. These assemblies supply piped oxygen, nitrous oxide, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and medical air to hospital areas such as patient rooms, recovery areas, operating rooms, and more.Jan 20, 2016

a specialist chemist would have a far easier time of this howevrr.
mixing say a metalic gas with a organic gas in the right humidity and electro satic charge should create flashover as ambient heat or total mix bias reaches flash point.

a patient on oxygen... maybe 5 patients on oxygen(pull their hoses out and go to sleep without turning them off)
2 on nitrous... a nitrous machine self cleaning at a certain time at the same time the power company shuts off or switches back on hot water cylinders sending the correct pulse down the lines increases phase variance to the correct level at the plugs under the reception desk...

there are soo many possible situations.

ive been wondering what that box thing in the wall is to his left, directly behind the Exit sign.
i cant tell if its a book case, display case or a switch board.
it looks oddly out of place for a high traffic medical reception
maybe its a book case with the DSM,s and govt codes in for patients and familys to refer to.

It does look a bit like a bookcase but it doesn't seem deep enough. The location seems more suited to an alarm board.

In any case, it's more interesting than the "ghost".
