My personality? Extrovert, Like a lot of extreme sports, Excercise a bit, lazy in the acedemic sense! I like arguing, always going for the side i don't actually stand on, it makes it more fun! Hmmmmmmm....... Myself in one word? That is hard........... 'Tigersloth'! What is an A/S/L?!

Balancing on the fine hairline fence of introvertedness and extrovertedness. Subject to abrupt mood swings. Tending towards psychotic violent episodes sometimes, or mellow hippie-like lovey dovey feelings. Mostly INFP, but evolving into INTJ. Varies between neat freak and slop, depending on mood. Good, honest person. mainly intorvert, but can be extrovert at times.
I have frequent mood swings and I can be violent when driven to it. I'm a kinda perfectionist and I have low self-esteem.

Drives
Usually fear, but happiness is another. Oh, and chocolate

Dreams
To stay as happy as I am and be with the ones I love

Values
I value my morals, I am a very moral person. I also value life, honesty and candy

Philosophies
If you only live once, why make other peoples lives a misery
Revising never pays

Beliefs
Not a religious person, but I do believe that there are some really good people out there.

To eat chocolate, duh!! I think we should all live life the way we want as long as it doesn't hurt others

gosh, i can't answer all of those questions. I can't even think of answers.

inroverted nerdy type(INTP). likes abstract ideas, tinkering with things, atracted to science. and pretty girls. best if all of the above are combined.

i enjoy simple things, like a good map, a nice game of simcity, watching ACC baskeball on a saturday afternoon(GO DUKE!).
i used to create simulated baseball seasons, you know like they do with computers now. that was fun.

i am repeled by small minded and short sightedness. and people who call soda "pop".

what would i change? i think the onset of social skills at an earlier age would have been nice.

Kind of an odd question, really. Some people think I'm an asshole, but the general consensus is that I am a "cool guy." I can be eccentric, damn funny or damn stupid (but mostly damn funny). It kind of annoys people when I do this, but I can usually turn any conversation into either something to do with science fiction or some random historical event:cool:

Drives

An insatiable urge to live my dreams, and a fear that I will spend my life dreaming rather than actually living.

Dreams

To be a succesful writer. I may publish books under this very alias, because I'd like to get into politics when I've aged a bit. I want to help people, and do so from the top.

Values

The events of the next day.

Philosophies

People don't kill people, death kills people. hehe. Too much GTA3:p I can't say seriously that I have a philosophy behind the way I live. I just am.

Beliefs

My hope, not belief, is that we are allowed to do whatever we want for as long as we want after we die. My true belief is that when we die, time freezes for us, so that we don't notice our death, but that we technically aren't dead either. It's the same thing that happens towards the end of a journey into a black hole, but without the spagghetification.

Purpose

To drive the women wild.

Saving the world from humanity while keeping humanity alive and romantic and technological. It's not what I stand for, or what I think any single person can accomplish, but, hey, it sounds a bit like a paradise to me. Harmony with nature and I can still game my brains out.

What intrigues or attracts you?

Cool sense of humor.
Being overtly flirtatious. Usually with females.
Interest in Politics, Science Fiction, History, Music.
Lust for Knowledge.

What repels you?

Assholes.
Dumbasses.
Rednecks.
Republican Politicians. No, I take that back--conservative politicians and the weak liberals who support them.
Winter. Cold. I'm so goddamn sick and tired of subfreezing weather.

What do you enjoy?

Writing. I'm getting into the guitar too. Hanging out with friends, with girls, face-to-face interaction with people. I enjoy people watching. I did it for hours at an airport once, back in July, while listening to the second disc of the White Album.
I enjoy summer. I enjoy swimming. I enjoy running. I enjoy soccer.

What are you proud of?

How well I'm starting to do in school, my writing ability, which is not perfect, or near it...but, it is something that I really want to become greater than myself.

What do you regret?

I regret wasting the first few years I lived in Maine on a single girl, who didn't like me that much anyway.

My physique isn't fat, but it isn't quite healthy-and-in-shape either. I'm working on that at the moment, hopefully I'll have somewhat of a nice bod when summer roles around, if it ever does. My acne used to be really, really bad, and it's getting better, but it still just sucks, because I don't think I'm really that ugly, but that the acne is just a major turnoff. It's all physical stuff, really, because I'm just the most awesome guy who has ever walked on two legs. Quadrapilegics don't count.

values:life. as in living life as a person with choices, not a machine.
philosophies: (is this where we put our words of wisdom?) You never know what you can do, until you have no choice.

purposes: to break vaccum cleaners
What do you stand for? making people realize you dont have to fit in to stay alive, and have fun doing it.

Well im interesting, cultured, mature for my age, quite lazy, non-atletic(changing very soon). Im argumentitive too. I dont know what else...
Dreams: I want to be an Astronomer, Gemologist, Swordsmith, Glass blower, Geologist, never have any enemies....
Drives:
Life, Love, Beauty, Stars, my kittens

Values:
Basic human morals.

Philosophies:
Life's A bitch, then you die. Love and beauty are two powerful things, use them wisely.

Beliefs:
The Creative power of the universe...whether that be a god, a spirit another universe, whatever

Purpose:
Dont know. Mabye to be something great, to change the world.

My telescope, my cats that I raised from two weeks of age, seeing two people everyday that can put a smile on my face for 12hours

Any actually good artwork I create, how my kittens turned out because I raised them (very, very nice cool cats)

Regret:
Being lonely and not doing anything about it. Being more lazy than the word lazy.

My eyes. Ive always love the color of my eyes, and thats it. Oh and my name, Tristan. Love it.

I usually behave like an idiot. I like to think of myself as a scientist, but I am so superficial in my thinking that I will probably never be a good one. Actually, my intentions for this thread derive from my curiosity about how well people really know themselves, and how important self awareness is to them.
Furthermore, it gives everybody the opportunity to know more about each other.
Most of all, these types of threads are fun.
In fact, this type of activity is one of the best writing exercises for people that enjoy writing.

A comedic extrovert (most of the time), reformed to punk loves to be the center of attention. Sarcastic and hillarious on the outside, underneath the shell lies a sensitive humanoid who longs for peace and understanding for all mankind. And also a girlfriend.


What are your drives, dreams, values, philosophies, beliefs, and purposes?
reformedtopunk longs to work as a psychologist/therapis/general humanitarian for a living. He also dreams to travel that world. R2P values the emotions of love and the actions resulting from a strive for peace and balance, as well as respect for all things. R2P doesn't know what exactly your asking for when you say "philosophies". R2P believes in himself and also some kind of cosmic power that binds all things together. He has scattered pagan beliefs, but doesn't believe in the hierarchy of most neo-pagan religions.


What do you stand for? reformedtopunk stands for peace, balance, and harmony. he also stands for good luvin, corndogs, and punk rock!


What intigues or attracts you?
In a sexual sense, R2P is attraced to punk/goth girls, but not exclusively. He has a preferance for short dark hair with light eyes, and a short, delicate frame. His ideal woman (physically) is Fairuza Balk. As far as personality goes, R2P likes outgoing women, who aren't affraid to say EXACTLY what they're thinking. R2P hates dishonest relationships.


What repels you?
Dishonesty, disrespect, and disloyalty. He also dislikes a low moral conciense.


What do you enjoy?
Reformedtopunk is a huge fan of punk rock. Music in general is a major part of his life. He plays guitar/backup screaming in a punk rock group called The Expendables. He is also passionate for world politics, though feels inferior to most members of the sciforums community, so he doesn't post in the politics forum often. He also enjoys movies of the artsy/comedic variety, though he isn't opposed to a good action movie either. He has a pension for all things spooky/paranormal, and loves a good psychological scare.


What are you proud of?
R2P is proud to be himself, and is also proud of his academic proficiency. He is also quite proud of his ability to speak, seeing as how humans are the only species with sophisticated language.


What do you regret?
R2P would rather not discuss his regrets.
