I honestly believe there is no difference between white and black people other than the colour of their skin. And this obvious factor has a huge difference in a society already dominated by white people. You simply do not have the same opportunities.
In a job interview for a high paying job, and employer is stuck for choice between two people who have very similar qualifications, one is black and one is white. If this scenario is played out 1,000 times, you would not expect it to be anywhere near 50/50. The white dude would be more successful.
It is blatant racism whichever way you slice it.
And by the way Baron, I think my post sufficiently gave good points as to why blacks resort to crime more often than whites - A simple us and them, black and white issue is enough to make such a difference.

Then there's a lot you don't know. For instance, did you know that the average IQ for blacks is 85, where for whites, it's 100? This is extremely well documented, so if you don't want to take my word, just research it for a minute or two with Google.
Black males also have much high testosterone levels than white males. They tend to have more developed lowerbodies and slightly less developed upperbodies. Their brains are also smaller on average. Notice I did not make any normative statements. These are facts.
Blacks and whites are both Homo Sapiens and have a lot in common, but to say they are the same is just naive. Please do some research.
Whether or not it's a genetic inheritance, it's unfair that Blacks - or any ethnic group - should be given preferential treatment to get into a college or university if they do worse on the entrance exams than other races. All people she be treated equal when it comes to academic admission.

No I disagree because this then brings down the final educational knowledge level of all the higher education students that we graduate. It brings down the entire worldwide level of knowledge and advanced education.James R said:

I don't think so. What it does is to give people who have the ability a chance to "catch up" and still access higher education, which would otherwise be impossible. Without this, you are potentially eliminating a bunch of bright people from your society's pool of expertise, just because your system is inequitable.
I think that affirmative action programmes and the like are needed until the education system is made into a level playing field.

I don't think it should come as a surprise to anyone that blacks have higher testosterone levels than caucasoids and mongoloids. Blacks commit a lot more murders and assaults than any other race (in the US and in other places). I don't think any educated individual will/can deny that. Afterall, Doesn't testosterone facilitate and encourage violent and aggressive behavior? Statistics indicate that in the US, blacks are about 6 times more likely to commit murder than a white.
Also, consider professional sports. It is common sense that testosterone has a lot to do with performance. Women do not have nearly as much testosterone as men and thus, cannot compete with men. It should be noted that steroids aren't allowed, because they make athletes perform much better. Does it not follow and make sense then that perhaps the reason that there are so many blacks in professional football and basketball is testosterone?
I did, however read in a different study that the racial differences in testosterone levels level out as men approach 40 and beyond. But on average, the consensus seems to be that blacks have 3-19% more testosterone than whites.
Interesting? Yes. Fascinating? Yes. Surprising? Not one bit.
