I used to donate blood regularly when I was attending Purdue. Beer money. There were twenty "stations" in the donation area and they were always full. College kids sometimes aren't the best money managers. And sometimes they're downright crazy. Sometimes the tubing would spring a leak and the kid would watch in confusing as his/her blood was pumped onto the floor. Without raising a fuss. It was disheartening.
