In light of the apparent recent disappearance of attachments to posts and the inability to post attachments for about one month and the fact that notice to administrators has been given by PM and the problem has not been addressed.

What has been your experience of receiving responses to service requests.

If this site was subscription only my definition of timely might change, but as it is, I find the fact that the sole administrator of a forum this size responds to individual queries and complaints at all to be rather remarkable.
