New biography of Pavlov by Daniel P. Todes (Oxford Univ. Press). In it he described the work of psychologist Thomas B. In this book Todes points out that these terms were mistranslations (from Russian) of Pavlov's terms, which were "conditional reflex" and "unconditional reflex".
