I wonder who decided these, as i am sure there are plenty of places on earth that people find.

Someone somewhere decided that these places were special, and i wonder how long ago they came about with that conclusion.

I will never be going to any of those places, but i am sure there are more than them.

One of the Hotspots is Penkridge Village. (Cannock Chase section)
I have been to this lovely spot many times without realising that it was the "English Roswell".
It is a perfectly traditional English village.
It would be the perfect setting for an Agatha Christie story.
Strangely, it always seems to be raining there.
