I tried other other softwares or files opening with notebook. But when I opened it,it was written in another code or something and size of file decreased to kB.anyone think that we can build an OS to understand these codes and operate.if u could I think it will revolutionize the world. It could help us in understanding the virtual world up to next lvl.

What codes are you talking about? It almost seems like you write a paragraph and then delete 2 out of every 3 sentences before you post it!?

So far I have not seen any point to any of your posts.

Are you talking about Google Notebook?

If that is what you are talking about this should help you it is from the google site:

If you have a document that is from a newer version of word pad you probably will not be able to open it on an older version of windows. Other than that I cannot help you with so little information...

Are you talking about opening non-text files in Windows Notepad?

If you try to do that, there will be a lot of characters that won't display correctly.

Obviously, if you're talking about an executable program file, then the Windows OS "understands" those. Notepad is built to "understand" text files.

Are you aware that executable computer programs are not written usually stored as plain text?
 
if it is possible y all program are not turned into text? it could save lots of space.1GB data could be only of 37 KB or 1mb or so.

Programs must ultimately be translated to a form that can be executed by the computer, which is a low-level machine code. Depending on the complexity of the programming language, the machine code to run a program can take up more or less space than the corresponding source code.

Back in the days when memory was expensive, many programs were written by programmers directly in the machine language, because this was often more space-efficient than using an automatic compiler to convert high-level source code into machine code. These days, most programs are written in high-level languages and either compiled or interpreted automatically.
