The translation you provided sounded like a threat. You said "you'll all have to learn it [Russian ] soon." No fears, just noting the aggression implied by your apparent phrasing. "Have to" in English means some coercion.
In the manner of new antisemitism or the weaponization of antisemitism, and due to a recurring theme in this thread apparently being utilized to deflect criticism from government actions and policies... Perhaps this "recent" Kremlin incarnation of Russophobia should be similarly distinguished as "new Russophobia" or "polemic Russophobia" or "RDS" or "Russian victim card".

Of course, there's an alternative narrative available that makes a lot more sense than this spur-of-the-moment weak Russian propaganda effort. But maybe this sort of story works for certain gullible people in the local Russian media market. Maybe it's not meant for us.
