Yes that is what Putin said. Ex KGB, settled in Britain, wrote a couple of books, criticised Putin and the regime so we had to kill him.

(Woops, wrote the following then realized I'd misread previous posts, and "him"' referred to the Novichok victim) Because so long as Navalny lived he could be a heroic and inspiring figure, both to Putin's opposition in Russia, and to billions around the world. Including me. I admired him greatly for his courage and inner strength and grace under enormous stress and pressure. Vladdy boy really can't have that sort of thing.

He was never dangerous to the authorities. So, an outlet for young people to let off steam. I always thought that the government created him. That's why he was removed. He knew a lot.

When you do dismiss, you are rejecting statements from British police, Hospital staff, scientists, friends family and also from the deceased.
 
You dismiss the Novichok attack also? Even though that was identified as a Russian made toxin from the 1990s?
Russian agents were also photographed in the area before the attack.
