I want tips* on how to stay awake I have few* months left for my wassce but I love sleeping which means I have to find something to keep me awake. I'm also a food addict. I eat a lot and the next thing is sleep. What can I do?

Things that get you out and about (AND provide exercise) - like taking a walk, and taking in your environment as you walk - can really help. Walks in nature settings are especially good - they help you sleep better at night when you're supposed to so that you aren't sluggish and sleepy during the day. And a moderate amount of coffee in the morning can also help you get momentum to do things (but not so much that it rebounds on you in the afternoon, and you get lethargic). Also, avoiding low fiber carbs helps, like white flour or rice foods.Sorry about my mistakes:

I strongly recommend you do NOT find "ways to keep awake'. This can have detrimental effect on your health.What can I do?
I don't know your age but young people need more sleep than mature adults. My son, now 22, still sleeps 10hrs a night if he gets the chance. Whereas I, at 71 yrs old, only need ~7hrs. It is a mistake to fight againt sleeping. It will just make you dozy when you are awake. The best thing is to make sure you get plenty of physical exercise, so that your mind and body BOTH need sleep. You will then sleep well and awake refreshed. Watch your diet and don't get fat.
