Olga:
Can't you access AI chatbots in Russia?
If you prefer talking to a machine than talking to actual human beings, that's fine (up to a point), I suppose. But you can do that without needing a forum full of human beings. Can't you?
The people who are here want to talk to other human beings, I am fairly sure. If they want to talk to a chatbot, they all have access to them, elsewhere.
You were sucked in by the deception and you came to like the AI bot's company. It's almost scary as to how quickly that happened, and the degree to which you are trying to "defend" the machine.
No. You were right the first time.
Instead of being angry at me for taking your new virtual "boyfriend" away from you, maybe you'd be better off being angry at the human man who caught you in his scam in the first place.
My decision to ban "Richard Townsend" permanently was one I made independently. Yes, I read the 15 reports filed by several of our members, pointing out their suspicions that "Richard" was using a chat bot. I developed my own suspicions also, from interactions I had with the bot.
Today, I conducted a thorough investigation, reached a conclusion and made the decision to ban the member in question.
You should not assume that I am DaveC's puppet - or anybody else's, Olga.
