They don't really have an order. In our world, we have one timelike dimension and 3 spatial dimensions. A four dimensional space would have 4 spatial dimensions and presumably a time dimension.

But of course, we can talk about any number of dimensions. String theory has as many as 27 dimensions, no less than two of which are time.
