If somebody insults you, you can hit the "Report" button on their post. A moderator will review your complaint and make a decision as to whether your report warrants action against the person whose post you reported.

Note that evidence-based assessments of a person based on the content of their posts might, under appropriate circumstances, be regarded as fair comment rather than unfair insults.

Generally speaking, I also assume that if you're not complaining about it, then you're probably adult enough to handle the matter yourself, in the discussion, and/or that it doesn't bother you. It is certainly fine to pass any matter on to me. If you choose to do that, you can be sure that I will consider the entire context of the discussion rather than merely considering the content of a single reported post in isolation.

I didn't ban you. You were automatically banned due to your active warning point count, in accordance with our published policy regarding warnings and bans. If you are banned, it means you've probably done something wrong, in reference to our published site posting guidelines. In fact, since you need at least 50 active warning points to be banned, it is pretty much guaranteed to mean that you've repeatedly failed to post in an appropriate manner.

And yet, strangely, you have still not asked me your important questions. Why is that, Wenbin? You can tell me when you get back. Or, better still, you could ask your important questions. You can check it, the moderator banned me immediately right after I asked him a question Thursday, in that way, he could say anything he wanted, but I couldn’t read and say anything, and other people felt Wenbin Zhao was out of arguments.

In-thread is not the place to complain or challenge moderator actions. There are forums for that: Site Feedback and SF Open Government. Those are provided as a place where you can raise your concerns about moderation.
