Nancy Pelosi is a felon.

Name one unconstitutional thing he has done.

Perhaps, you'd like to read it straight from Mitt Romney...

This verdict is ours to render. The people will judge us for how well and faithfully we fulfilled our duty. The grave question the Constitution tasks senators to answer is whether the President committed an act so extreme and egregious that it rises to the level of a “high crime and misdemeanor.”

Yes, he did.

The President asked a foreign government to investigate his political rival.

The President withheld vital military funds from that government to press it to do so.

The President delayed funds for an American ally at war with Russian invaders.

The President’s purpose was personal and political.

Accordingly, the President is guilty of an appalling abuse of the public trust.

You're obviously in denial, just like other Trump supporters. And considering you didn't watch the speech, how is your opinion anything but disingenuous?

The evidence shows Trump's claims to be false.
No it doesn't.

Yes the act is stupid. It punished every provider equally because of a few bad actors.

Then it provides no protection for being overcharged for the policyholder or the provider.

It does nothing to make healthcare affordable. Just regulates policies that may have attempted to.

It even states that it is aware that the act will screw over smaller operations yet makes no effort to alleviate the problem.

It does nothing for a person who doesn't already have insurance.

I would like to know what Trump would have to actually do to be successfully impeached according to you.
Any ideas welcome, because as it stands he could unilaterally nuke New York city and still retain office...

None of those are crimes

He could piss on the Washington post in public.

Your denial of facts and reality are truly mind numbing. You're just like Trump.

If you keep posting nonsense that has got nothing to do with the to

Whats mind numbing is your inability to post anything on topic.

I was on topic, it was YOU who went off topic on post #9. You really have a serious problems keeping facts straight, that is, if you actually knew what a fact was.

Yet, to you, tearing up a speech is a felon. Lol.
Lets see... The executive office asking for an investigation?

Vs. A person with a mobster for a father destroying gov property?

Oh just make it up as you go along.

Lets see... The executive office asking for an investigation?

An impeachment of the President of the United States for high crimes and misdemeanors followed by a trial in which the defendants supporters wouldn't allow witnesses or evidence.

Vs. A person with a mobster for a father destroying gov property?

Tearing up pieces of paper.

Oh just make it up as you go along.

Sure, pal. I'm the one making it up. Lol.

I didnt bring up healthcare or trump. And the fact that I still stood to debate these facts is a testament to my good faith that you could make your point.

High Crimes:
"High," in the legal and common parlance of the 17th and 18th centuries of "high crimes," is activity by or against those who have special duties acquired by taking an oath of office that are not shared with common persons.[5] A high crime is one that can be done only by someone in a unique position of authority, which is political in character, who does things to circumvent justice. The phrase "high crimes and misdemeanors," used together, was a common phrase when the U.S. Constitution was written and did not require any stringent or difficult criteria for determining guilt but meant the opposite. The phrase was historically used to cover a very broad range of crimes.

Obviously the ignorance of Trump Supporters stands out when they are dealing with the distinction between High crimes and crimes generally.
They claim often that no crime has been committed but can they say the same about HIGH crimes, when there is ample evidence to support that indeed high crimes have provably been committed by Trump and most of his administration. All members of his administration face impeachment. It would be very interesting if indeed, impeachment proceedings were instigated against the administration generally as the have all apparently disavowed themselves of their oath of office.

Irony

Last year, few voters knew nor cared that Hunter Biden may have gotten his job with Burisma due to influence peddling by his dad.
Hinging the ill fated impeachment on an attempt to find the truth of the matter has had the unfortunate effect of bringing the possibility to everyone's attention. The likely result of which may harm Joe Biden's political possibilities.

bottom line
Bu their actions:
The democrats may have done more to destroy Joe Biden's campaign than Trump ever could.

Irony.
