Mathematics And The Human Soul

So I'm a random person then, DaveC? Gamemakers should try to be moral, would you not agree? Can we agree that games should not celebrate rape? Excellent, then you would agree that gamemakers should be moral. Is it a spiritual ideal of mine that your soul cannot be imprisoned, DaveC? Yes. Now what do you think? DE
You are confined in your thinking. You don't have to be ''spiritual'' or religious to know that rape is wrong. You seem to suggest religion and believing in something called a ''soul'' is needed to have morals. Always looking through those religious spectacles of yours is reflected in the odd ''questions'' or ''views'' you start your threads with.

You have just conflated moral and spiritual. That's faulty.

Rape is something that violates a person's rights and causes suffering. It is, arguably, something that all likely agree is immoral to promote.

Souls, or the lack thereof, are personal choices. There's no right or wrong when it comes to choosing a form of worship, therefore no basis upon which to make a moral judgment of what is bad to promote.

You and I do not agree on whether "my soul" can be imprisoned, and therefore we don't get to impose our different beliefs unilaterally on game design ethics.

Mathematics is a closed tauntology. That means it refers to nothing outside itself, and every thing with in it is clearly defined. God, if existing, is not part of that tauntology.
We will talk again Billy I suspect your name will be found in the book of life!
