List Your Favorite PC Games

I Have to say that my favorite would have to be.... Bf2142 and Bf 2. I'm a huge fan of those two. I do miss the whole Binos with sniping... Oblivion is also a very well constructed game

BF 2142 for me, never really got around to bf 2.
I admire FEAR, Half Life 2. never liked TF2.
 
"X-Com: Enemy Unknown" - classic game, still great fun.

Of the more modern games, probably "Call of Duty" series.
 
Crysis: Very nice game, the interaction with the environment is amazing. I'm more interested in knocking down tress and buildings than shooting people.

Same. It was released on steam recently too so it now works with any up to date O/S without all the dos nonsense.
I really need to finish Terror From The Deep though, preferably before the new XCom game comes out.

Anyone played the many clones, such as UFO:aftermath or Extraterrestrials?

While it is not a well known game..."Vanguard, Saga of Heroes" is by far the best online game I've ever played. Too bad it's been the red-headed stepchild of Sony...with no support.
 
I still like the older games...

I've been playing "Unreal Tournament" for over a decade..Still love it.

Maybe I just suck...but everytime I tried UT...I totally got owned. It was like....3...2...1...Start! You're dead.

LOL....Which version do you play?..There are several...I only have 3 of them...But, I mainly play the original version.
 
been playing league of legends. pretty fun cept for the leavers and afkers.

All the others just seem like cruddy rebrandings of cod4 and bf2142, and I have played them so I'm not just making it up.
 
PC Games are not getting made so much. Many games are console only, even RPGs are going console only.

In my case, I'm so happy with this change. I'm so sick of big corporate teams making these cookie cutter shit games, most of you youngins are fawning over in this thread. I look forward to a revisit of a time PC games were labours of love by enthusiasts not dominated by the motive to make huge dollars. www.dark-wind.com is one such gem. It will only get better, for guys like me. Take your finish in 4hours, fancy graphics crap and stick it on the shitbox where it belongs.
 
I wish i had time to play some of my favorite games lol,

I like 99% of strategy games like age of empires etc, i dont hav a fav i like any strategic game of conquest even if its just chess.

I used to like shoot em ups but they all seem to be americans hooting rag head sand monkeys and i find it very racist and offensive, breeding a bunch of kids who want to shoot sand monkey terrorists.

Well played xbox and the CIA you pulled a nice move right out of Sun Tzus art of war.
