From watching videos on the internet I have come to the conclusion that "collateral damage" to the US just means "take out the entire building to get rid of a sniper on the roof".

terrorism can be defined a number of ways, each one different from the others.

i stand by my claim that there is no single definition of terrorism that will apply to everybody.
