Liquid Humans: Why Don't We Slosh?

Cucumbers. Jello. Watermelons – these are all good examples. But they don’t actually explain why we don’t slosh. I would suggest that the key concept that answers the initial question (from a banned member – should I bother?) is that water is a polar molecule. Any given water molecule in the body isn’t associating with other water molecules to form liquid water. Rather, any given water molecule is associating with some other organic compound via the partial negative charge on the oxygen atom or partial positive charge on the hydrogen atoms.

We have a skeleton, this is tough fairly rigid connective tissue, they are joined by ligaments, then we have muscles which are connected to the bones by tendons. Contracted muscle become hard due to the proteins they are made of.
All the blood we have does slosh around but is contained within the circulatory system.
The skin contains everything.
Even if we took all that away nothing would slush, all the organs are contained also, a skull here, a sack there.
Trillions of cells which each are themselves "sack" of a kind and are "stuck" to the next cell via structures called "junctions.
